I was having trouble with my slip always falling down I decided to change it for another one. Do you think it will be any better at not showing?

It is because half-slips can fall down is exactly why I prefer them. I never know if they will behave or if they will show

To see a slip below the skirt is so exciting, but half-slips are always a problem for me as they do tend to drop too much below the skirt, so I tend to wear full slips, I have quite a few in different lengths.

The slips have to show more all around
